USWE MTB Hydro 3L Lightweight Hydration Backpack

The MTB Hydro 3L is a streamlined mountain bike hydration pack with USWE's patented No Dancing Monkey 1.2 harness that uses elastic straps and a technical buckle to eliminate bounce completely through steep singletrack, gravel races, and chunky descents. Weighing just 430g without the bladder, this compact 3L pack includes a 2.0L Elite Hydration Bladder with plug-n-play coupling and breathable mesh straps that keep you moving fast on cross country rides and spontaneous trail sessions.

Tech & Specs

• NDM 1.2 harness system: Four-point elastic suspension locks the pack to your back for absolute zero bounce on technical terrain
• 3L total volume: Compact storage for tools, snacks, and a spare tube without weighing you down on cross country rides
• 2.0L Elite hydration bladder: Plug-n-play coupling and wide opening make refills quick between laps or at aid stations
• 430g pack weight (590g with bladder): Lightweight construction that won't slow you down on long climbs or gravel races
• Mesh shoulder straps: Breathable back panel keeps air moving when you're pushing hard on summer rides

Fit & Kit

Dial in your fit by adjusting the elastic NDM straps for a snug, stable feel that moves with you through rough sections and tight switchbacks. The harness accommodates different body types with adjustable Velcro straps, making this pack work for petite riders, tall athletes, and everyone chasing speed in between. After muddy rides, rinse the Elite bladder with warm water and hang it to dry. The plug-n-play hose detaches in seconds for easy cleaning and quick access to essentials when you're carrying water and electrolytes for all day adventures.
